Personal data processing policy

1. Operator

2. Data processed

When a request is sent through the site form, the Operator receives: name, phone number, email address (if given), the comment text, and technical details — IP address and time of sending. During visits, the Yandex Metrica analytics service automatically collects anonymised data: pages viewed, device and browser type, referral source, cookies.

3. Purposes

Personal data are processed to respond to the request, advise on equipment, prepare a commercial offer and conclude a supply contract; technical and analytics data — to operate the site, protect it from automated mailings and improve its content.

4. Legal grounds

Processing is based on the consent of the data subject expressed when sending the form (clicking "Send request"), and on the need to conclude and perform a contract to which the data subject is a party.

5. Storage and protection

Request data are delivered to the Operator's email and to a protected log on the hosting provider's server that is not accessible from the Internet. The Operator takes organisational and technical measures to protect data from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure and destruction. Data are kept no longer than the purposes of processing require, after which they are destroyed or anonymised.

6. Transfer to third parties

The Operator does not sell or transfer personal data to third parties, except where necessary to perform a contract (for example, passing the consignee's contact details to a carrier for delivery) and in cases provided for by law. Data are processed on servers of the hosting provider and the analytics service located in the Russian Federation.

7. Rights of the data subject

You may obtain information on the processing of Your personal data, demand their correction, blocking or destruction, and withdraw consent to processing. To do so, send a request to order@link-technology.ru stating the name and contact details used when sending the request. The Operator considers requests within the period established by law.

8. Cookies and analytics

The site uses cookies and the Yandex Metrica service to collect anonymised visit statistics. You may disable cookies in Your browser settings; this does not restrict access to the site content.
